I knew I found Paradise when I discovered Brookings in 2012. In addition to the amazing natural beauty, Brookings is a friendly, welcoming town with mild weather year-round.
One of the things I like best about Brookings is there are so many types of housing available. You’ll find manufactured housing in parks, on lots, or acreage, ocean-front custom homes, and everything in between.
After renting for several years while making payments on an ocean-view lot, I was fortunate to be able to build a home. During those years I learned a lot about the Brookings real estate market and I’m happy to share my experience with buying land and building with you.
